On going user testing has outlined there may be difficulty in signing up to the site. Not from a mechanical point of view which is working well but from a visual perception point of view; users couldn't find the sign up details.
We have changed the layout to accommodate this and have added a 'How do I Register?' information box above the sign in area.
We have also complied a detailed how to register step by step guide which can be found in the Help section.
Help section
The FAQ section has been renamed Help in order to provide users with a hopefully signposted clue as to where on the site to receive help.
We have also added a secondary section to the Help area which deals entirely with using the Forums, called Forum Help.
Flickr Accounts
We now have the ability to be able to upload photos directly from your Flickr accounts. However this process is still in its infancy and at present is only possible for Site Administrators. We hope to roll this feature out to the members as soon as it becomes a more user friendly process, to allow you to directly import or export your Personal Photos in to your Flickr accounts and also feature them on the site.
Photos
Following on from the above announcement; We have updated the Photos section of the site with a new section 'Member Albums'. This area will feature at the top of the Photos Section and is for Members and enthusiasts who have taken Photos of Benjy members in action.
We currently have two galleries with some near 400 images between them.
The first Member Album is owned by the Adam Singer, The Chairman, and the second is owned by Richard Sloman who attended our Cornbury park meeting and took some wonderful shots.
In line with our copyright statement (more details below) the owners of these images retain full copyright and they are licenced to be displayed here non-exculsively, all rights are reserved.

We have now published a full set of our Terms of Useage for the site.
Privacy policy
Along with the other two formal notices we have also produced a Privacy Policy which tells you what we do with the information you supply to us.
